The Disingenuous Position of Gensler
Robin Hood's chief compliance officer Dan Gallagher said this week that they have been attempting to follow the SEC's advice to come in and register. They wanted to get one of these digital asset broker dealer licenses, but we're, I guess, just told them no. So who knows? I'm sure it's not going anywhere, but we'll keep an eye on it. There's a couple other odds and ends here.
