Book Review - The Beginning of a New Romance

Lewis is really masterfully setting a tone here. The way he talked about the road shown like a river, the violent yellow sunsets, the rift in the clouds,. Like the language he uses very vivid, very descriptive, very powerful. And so that really stuck out to me. I'm not even a poetry guy. So sorry to interrupt. But I actually just want to read a little bit of beginning and I want to read it slowly. Well, gentlemen, we begin the book. We begin the chapter on page one.
