Aren't We More Righteous Than the Babylonians?

Habakkuk asks God, "How can you utilize them to execute justice?" This is a direct reference back to Genesis chapter 1, verse 26. He's saying, aren't we more righteous than the Babylonians? You want to justice, right? And this parallel is so good with the Book of Mormon because isn't it what Jacob tells the Nephites? So Habakkuk is now back to that struggle.
