To what degree was the come of to day organic verseis ot all these different points? There need to be thumbs on the scale to move it away from it. I finish my book incredibly hopeful for regulatory action. And that's partly because, while many look at the last 15 years and are dissatisfied with the state of global regulation,. something that is changing pretty rapidly. We will tend towards inter operation, standardization, because the benefits of doing so have been proven in the internete and in the real world.
