The Government Are Taking Southeastern Off the Franchise System
From seventeenth october, they will also be doing southeastern services too. The government currently pays southeastern a lump sum every year to run high speed rail services. And over that time, there's been 25 million pounds worth of taxpayers money that has not been given back to the government. So this is quite interesting that they government have now said, even this levil, we're not going to just find you. No, we are going to take that franchise off you.
