Is the Purpose Trust Synonymous With Trustees?

The purpose trust is not regulated under the same codes as like an ESOP. Can really do these sprawling multi stakeholder deliberative processes. But also we can do a simple employee ownership structure. And it's employee ownership, but you have this added custodian ship element through the trust. Or we can do hybrids. The CEO kind of sits on the trust and the board and in management as kind of this person holding the context around all of it at once.
