What Is Bichara?

Bhagavan didn't come just to recommend a few old texts Bhagavan came to give us fresh teachings that is what Bhagavan teaches is the pureest Advaita. Ardi Shankar also emphasized that this cannot be attained by any amount of karma but only by bichara so this word bichara is there. In yoga vashish it repeatedly says the chara is the way. What do you do then okay I know I'm just I but still I've got all my problems and still I still film though I understand all these things I still experience myself as I am my calam this person.
