Judge Richardson also noted that in addition to being bound by six circuit precedent here, his ruling was consistent with every other court that considered these kinds of bans on gender-affirming care. To this court's knowledge, every court to consider preliminarily in joining a ban on gender-Affirming care for minors has found that such a ban is likely unconstitutional. And at least one federal court has found such a ban to be unconstitutional at final judgment.
