The Importance of Impartiality in Hiring
Western firms have much less nepotism than many other nations firms. There's a perception in the west that you have to be worried about nepotism. I mean I I guess that makes sense to me but it just seems to me that at least there's also just a self-standing impartiality that is independent of efficiency considerations for things like hiring.
