The Housing Market Is Not Behaving Like It Should
We're not in a recession economy still kind of humming along so unemployment people looking for jobs as low. There are long term problems so employment is really the most important thing. Even prime age men there's something like 10 to 15% who aren't working and aren't looking for work. So we would like to see more people working overall but that's long term demographic social program incentives.
