Was There Really a Conspiracy?

There was just a deep seated fundamental complacency at that elite level of German business and politics. The main bad guy, this character, Jan Maslek, is like the most charming teenage whiz kid who goes on to be the tech guru behind the scenes. He is hanging out with guys from Austrian intelligence, guys from Russian intelligence. His friends with this guy who used to run Libyan intelligence. But what we haven't been able to prove yet exactly is how and why that happened.
