Some of the top players tat our five challenger cards as a serfintex as we call them, were almost issuing one million cards a month. Such was the growth of these digital lenders that even the regular banks, several times their size, got really wary. To put this in perspective, india has only 300 million unique credit card holders from banks. The remaining 97 % was what b and p l players could potentially target.
