The Negative Effects of Parasocial Relationships on Children

Every single person i've talked to from the age of two to the age of eighty has been or is currently in a parasocial relationship. Do you think that our parasocial relationships with certain celebrities have distorted our sense of a celebrity's responsibility to communicate to us in a transparent manner? I don't see anything about parasocial relationships as being harmful, but once it gets into stalking and stan then yeah that's harmful for everybody because it's delusional for the person who's doing it It's a safety concern for the celebrity but i don't study that part because i'm not actually a psychologist i'm a communication studies professor.
