How to Deal With Low Self-Esteem in Mixed Teams

One of the main things that I had to deal with was low self-esteem. In Singapore mixed is like the main style of play so most of the club teams in Singapore are mixed teams. The women become second-class citizens on the field because just genetically we tend to run slower jump less high and also probably less vocal. So they're told to do like the follow-up duty kind of role on the field. They all don't think that they are good players, but when you watch them play they're actually really talented but they think that they aren't good.
