Is This an Insanity?

Victor davis hanson: A new state law calling for free tampons in all boys school bathrooms is a typical sign of the insanity that america is undergoing right now. He says democracy has this tendency to go into bouts of mass frenzy. And we are in a mass hysteria, partly ignited by the lock down quarantines. But if our grandparents could come back and explain the transgender phenomenon, they wouldn't understand it.
