The Ego Is a Wave Within the Ocean That You Are
In the dream, learns to encapsulate your knowing that you are your sense of existence. The essence is what doesn't change and that's your true nature. In another way, the wave does hold the infinite body of ocean because the ocean is just water. If it's all fire, just one infinite fire of reality and every experience is a wave, there's nothing to be afraid of. Whatever you take yourself to be, you are only a fire. You're the body, mind, but you're 100% fire.
