The Importance of Good Supervision
Social workers are working with often in mental health facilities. You have a choice you can toe the line and follow the system or you can end up in multiple conflicts with sometimes which sometimes we do. We're all working under competing pressures to look at the person's right self determination make sure that they're living the life that they choose to live. Other professions have different pressures um getting somebody out of hospital quicker making sure the person doesn't is in a risk of harm to themselves or others.
