How to Hire an Event Director for a Winery
The previous owner had managed something like 20 events throughout the, uh, at the winery. We wanted to focus on venue rental rather than people just wandering in for a wine tasting and maybe buying a bottle of wine. So I started looking to it and started to realize also that the predominant folk booking events are women. It seemed obvious that there was a possibility to do more events. Within two or three years, we were up to having,. you know, 100 plus events and it's since grown from there.
