The Importance of Hotel Components in a New Project

The idea of hospitality is critical to the success of these projects. Where they're located and the amenitization that they have in and around it. In fact, this project right here, the office developer next door, we were supposed to break ground in October of 2020. We ended up doing it in April of 2021. The hotel was really important to their leasing. And everybody that's leased over there cannot wait for us to open.
