Is This Consumer Debt a Good Debt?

i'm not going to put this in the consumer debt box, right? Because we know it's basically a a refy. If you're a c b, a homelane, we'll let you refy up to 20 grand paid off in ten years if you're going to put environmentally friendly crap on your house. So i'm goi’m going to say it's not consume debt,say it's not a bad debt because it it hasn't got heaps of interest rates. Is a good debt? Probably not. It's probably just a life debt.
