The us p s has lost billions of dollars, but it's trying to keep up and stay relevant. To that end, in the fall of 20 11, they changed one of the biggest rules governing stamp subject selection. Not all social awareness stamps are wildly successful. There was a stamp stamp out alcoholism. That stamp did not work.
