The ADA and the Interview Process
The ADA does not require that you disclose. It does require that a company provides an opportunity for you to disclose. When you disclose, they aren't allowed to ask for any details around that. If you are an employee of theirs and you're asking for support for accommodations, they are allowed to ask you for proof of that. That's information that they are legally required to ask for.
