Ethereum L1 and Ethereum L2 Hyperchains Interact

You can opt into the shared prover, which is a contract that lives on Ethereum L1 and then that would allow to like L2 hyperchains to interact. So there'll be L2s that can speak to this contract and then each of those L2s could theoretically have L3s built on top of them. And it's going to be very, very fast. The latency of this transaction is going to be like a few minutes. It starts with probably like 15 minutes and then it will go down to one minute or maybe even under one minute because the proofs will be generated recursively. No matter how large your block, it's all going to be proven in parallel
