The Importance of a Safe Third Country Agreement
Canada agreed to accept 15,000 more migrants in compensation for the closure. The idea was that right now a lot of the problems that are being caused both in the US and Canada are because of too much pressure on the southern border. There's an appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada challenging the constitutionality of the safe third country agreement.
