Joss said flexibility was probably the handbrake for you, so work on that and your strength will shine. The difficulty is we don't like to admit how bad we are at a thing but we love to train that thing because it feels good. We tend not to be weak in a position that we can comfortably get into. It's up to you to know where you suck the most.
