Dr. Pena Malayaris says getting to the gym can really make a therapist job a lot easier. He's formally shared around clinical benchmarks of circa 0.3 to 0.4 times the athlete or patient's body weight single leg hamstring killers. But in saying that clinically, most physios use opposite limb as a bit of a benchmark initially and then try and improve strength up to 90% of their ACE symptomatic sign.
