M, i find that profound healing happens when we're able to share an experience with some one, and they hear it and say, you are not alone. When we know that we are not alone in these things that can feel so shameful and em and so isolating, that is m, one of the biggest was that we can seek healing. So number one step has just become educated a and then seek help. I this is not something that is meant to be taken care of by reading a book and getting over it yourself. Ye, um, things not to do is to m play into the cycle, kind of like aubrey was saying at the beginning. Ah, ya.
