The Role of Private Interest Companies in Water Quality

Welsh water isn't a star performer necessarily in terms of its performance, although it might have a more prudent model. In Scotland, the water is still publicly owed, but it's regulated in much the same way as England and Wales. But internationally, when I look at the US, I mean they need enormous investment, and there have been some real public health failures. You know, the infrastructure quality is extremely poor in water in the US.
