Eric makes the case that Trump is, in fact, not Hitler and explains why Christians should live out their faith in the public square without fear of being called “Christian Nationalists.” Theocracy, Eric says, is “anti-Christian,” but, like in Nazi Germany, there does come a time when the church should oppose a tyrannical state. Church attendance is down, but Eric suggests that just may be a good thing and that perhaps it’s time to consider Bonhoeffer's proposition of “religionless Christianity.” In the end, both Glenn and Eric agree that there is a "warrior side of Jesus,” and “God knows your theology by how you live.”
