The Impact of Levine on the East
The east is obviously better these last couple years especially at the top but you know i would argue between toronto and chicago. The Chicago Bulls didn't really get a chance to retool until like probably at the trade deadline when they made some of moves then picking up pat bev. Denver has become more healthy along the way with michael porta jr and jimal murray back in the rotation and obviously the other pieces they picked up on the way.
