The Arbitration Clause in a Contract
A lot of contracts will say that they want you to give a certain amount of notice before you leave. Other provisions are salary and benefits, but I think everyone's looking at those. Contracts will have a governing law clause which says this entire contract is governed by this kind of law. And very good reasons to actually hire an attorney because you won't see it on your own.
