Dr Chris Van Tulliken put his body through an extreme food experiment. For four weeks, he ate 80% of his diet consisted of ultra-processed food. He gained so much weight that if he continued the experiment for a year, he would have doubled his body weight. The science tells us that this food does probably more than anything else to subvert our bodies.
