Loba: Brain and mental health are daily practices. If you want to keep your brain healthy or rescue it, you have to do it every day. These are the daily habits, but there's nowhere in school. They teach you. And so for me, this is a huge stamp of evidence that we can start getting better like today. Loba: Our current society, the epidemic of adolescent depression, especially in girls, is skyrocketing. It's like 30% one in three teenage girls has significantly thought of suicide. This is different than any other time during my lifetime.
