How to Grow Your Agency at a Young Age Looking to Employ Someone

I'm in a very fortunate position where I can do a lot of the work myself, but I do spend probably too much time on operations. Why do you not want to employ someone? If you're bringing in 20 grand a month, why have you not even got a PA just doing all the business development for you or taking all that stupid time off of you so that you can do even more higher value tasks? It's something I've never done before. So I'm probably talking myself out of it and worrying too much. And I'm an old enough so incredibly tight, don't like spending money. But it's just having the guts to take that first leap, I suppose.
