How Do You Evaluate a Process Over a Long Period of Time?
I think it's difficult though to dangle a carrot that isn't if someone's come from a strictly monetary you know every every dopamine hit was was a paycheck was the cash register ringing so how do you then evaluate it that person? I like to ask people what could you excited about the work you do right and based on what I hear about what gets them excited. They're like working through difficult things they they understand the value of working a process over a long-term to get to an objective If they don't then it may just not be the right it may justnot be the right fit, he says.
