What Are the Greatest Concerns for Commercial Real Estate in 2023?
The fundamentals of higher interest rates, inflation, and economic recession rule the day in terms of the greatest concerns. Single family rental was at the bottom at 2%. The fact is there is a housing deficit in the United States. And with the exception of certain markets that may be overbuilt, there is indeed for additional housing on many levels.
