We identify core AI data talent at around 46,000 in total across North America and Europe. It's a relatively small number when you think about the amount of banks that's distributed across - but they're big employers. We see flows of AI, talent, and banking moving from the west coast to New York and Boston. The talent wars are very intense within those countries. You've got bidding up among the French banks of BNP Parabas taking from Sock-Jen and so on.
