"I don't want just to be effective at productive. I want to be joyful because I love that feeling," she says. "After meditating, which I do every morning, I do at least 20 to 30 minutes and when over the weekend, I try to do an hour, an hour and a half." She also does some kind of movement even if it's like 15 minutes of yoga postures or jumping on her stationary bike.
