The Federal Government Foots the Bill for Health Insurance

We have a used car market that is completely out of wack. We end up with a subsidized industry. It's the same thing with university. When uncle sam foots the bill, it doesn't matter how good technology gets, the prices get worse and the services get worse. If everything in this country was like higher education or like the air lines, you'd be watching a television on a black and white four inch box.
