Is There More Fluidity to Power in These Spaces?
In your book, you argue that there is more fluidity to power in these spaces than perhaps those fixed rolls. And i suppose that fluidity is interesting for when you talk a little bit later on about how justice and ideas of justice shift throughout the tribunal process. I was just sted in how you think those ideas of justice change, and what kind of processes or voices affect the evolution of thet concept. Am, the first is a settling of the law in essence. These were the first international courts that hade been created since nuremberg. The first meaningful international courts in the sense that nuremberg was made up of the victors of wild wartusa.
