I injured my lower back by plunging into, they weren't even super heavy, but back squats. I hadn't warmed up at all, hadn't worked on any kind of glute activation. My back has like never been the same since. It happens to everyone. There's a cost to doing business. Your body sometimes is just going to respond negatively.
