Mark andreson: My day job now feels a more risk averse than what a lot of young people choose to do. i think in general, your risk appetite starts out pretty high as you get older. If you work in a big company, virtually none of your skills will be transferable to starting a company. Waiting to get more experience is not only a waste of time, but may actually net out negative.
