The Great Charter of Our Godhead

On page 47, and I guess it's not a chapter, maybe the second paragraph, it's like a mini chapter. It goes on to say, I write this for those who have not read our sacred book or the book of the law. There's a bold statement. The only place I know to find perfection is in the natural creation where truth resides. He closes by saying, at the very head of the book stands the great charter of our Godhead.
