How to Be a Successful Founder

Geography has a lot to do with it. The mindset here in Dallas, the night and day different than New York, LA, San Francisco, the Bay Area is just totally different. Whereas when I go into the Bay Area and the Valley, it was always, hey, we're the smartest. We've got an edge. And that's just when you're dealing with that. So one last question on sort of the founder arc. What advice would you give your younger self? "Don't screw it up"
