How Much Carbohydrate Did You Include in Your Diet?

I think I would have been around 250 grams a day oh actually feeling moderate yeah but that's quite a lot for me you know maybe a little bit more. So I would say between 250 to 350ish I would say maybe considering I really normally hover around 100 to 150 because I usually go for a low carb approach right so um so and and it and it was and it was good but the but I'm not doing it now obviouslyBecause one of the main things I found wasUm I found a little bit too restrictive  because people think low carb is restrictive it's nowhere near as restrictive as what this is, he says.
