What Is a Plant Based Diet?
i generally make about 70 to 80 % of my meals focused on whole plant base oods. According to the harvard health blocg at harvard medical school, plant based eating patterns focus on foods primarily from plants. This includes not only fruits and vegetables, but also nuts, seeds, oils, whole grains, lagoons and beans. i try to minimize m antake of them on a day to day basis, but will intentionally eat eggs and sea food a couple of times a month for protein and omega, three fats.
