I mean, y wthdrew, we ar turry by outs, and our voluntary leaves of absences and by outs were much smaller. And that's a lot of growth. So are you ramping up hiering now? Ha, facing any challenges? Ye, it's a, you know, this whole last 18 months has been a complete whipsaw.
