John Stark decided it was time to give up drums and become a quantity surveyor. A rich Deutante wannabe pop star named Robert Waise offered them lucrative gigs playing at society functions for his rich friends if they would allow him to do a couple of songs with them in the middle of the show. They recorded two songs: I'm a hug for you baby and Old Coasters Song. But their only real competition was Mike Dabo's band, A Band of Angels.
