Grace's Wok-Ay Occasion in Lake Tahoe, California
Grace started a Facebook group called Wok Wednesdays in 2012. One of the members is John Rubino, who has been stir-frying from Grace's cookbook "The Breath of the Walk" He said he and his wife have achieved wok-ay at their home in Lake Tahoe; they've even had friends over for dinner. She says there are so many other people around the world with an appreciation for this dish.
