The campaign has really been a rhetorical battle, and it's been more about a position in o a certain vision of things, than about laying out specific policies. But i think you raise a good point edwin. It's a broad point for your figures of all kinds. On the right, you can say that a lot of people don't treat the legislature as a legislating body. And i think that a certainly successful, populous movement will have to really engage in issues and deliver odd promises, or it's not cann't go very far.
